What are documents?
Documents are any computer file that you want to use with your clients. This can include
- field reports / scouting reports
- images (coming soon)
- map books (coming soon)
- invoices (coming soon)
- marketing materials (coming soon)
- government submissions (coming soon)
- anything else that can be saved as a computer file
How do you get to documents?
You can view all of your documents by clicking on the DOCUMENTS section in your web dashboard
What is in the document dashboard?
The documents dashboard provides you access to all of your team's documents.
Keyword search: You can search your files by file name, field name, email of recipients, and document owner. Search is additive, meaning if you enter "Field name" and "Document owner", you will see only files that include both of those.
Date added filter: You can filter your documents by the date that the document was created.
File name: This is the name of the document.
Date added column: This is the date the file was created.
Document type: This is the document type. For example, field report, invoice, or marketing document.
Field(s): This is the list of fields that the document is connected to.
Sharing: This is the list of emails that the document was shared with. Click on the Viewers text to see the emails.
Document owner: This is the name of the user who created the document.
How do I view and download my documents?
To view a document, click on the document name. The document will open automatically.
To download a document (or many), select the document using the checklist to the left of document names. Then click the DOWNLOAD button in the green bar. Your documents will start downloading automatically.
