Add multiple fields to one planting

Some of our growers manage one planting across multiple fields.  Farm Dog supports this.  To add a field to an existing planting:

1. From the "Create new field" or "Edit field" menu, click on "Add planting"
2. In the "Add Planting" dialog box, click "Link existing planting"
3. Select the planting you wish to link to your field
