John Deere updated their permissions requirements this year, which has affected several of our users. The following should resolve the issue:
1) when you log in to your OpsCenter account, go toteammanager.deere.com and make sure that your user that you linked to Farm Dog has "Level 2" access under Organization Management.
2) After doing that, go to Farm Dog in your Apps list in Ops Center. There please make sure that Farm Dog has access to all of the organizations you would expect to see:
Once you do that, log back in to Farm Dog, click on "Import John Deere" under your name in the top right hand in the map view, and let it reconnect to Deere. Hopefully that will solve the issue. If not, please reach out.
